Report an Aviation Claim

 

If you are a Chubb policyholder and wish to make an aviation claim, please start by completing an Aviation Claims Form and submitting it to aus.aviationclaims@chubb.com.

 

 

Please include the following information when completing a claims form:

  • Policyholder's name
  • Policy number
  • Type of policy
  • Brief description of the claim
  • Full contact details of the person within your company to whom enquiries relating to the claim should be directed
  • Date of incident
  • Name of claimant

All claims are subject to the terms, conditions and exclusions of the relevant policy wording. Please read this information carefully before making a claim and/or contact your broker or us for more information.
 

Mandatory Reporting to the Australian Transport Safety Bureau (ATSB)
All accidents and incidents involving aircraft that lead to damage or injuries must be reported to the ATSB. The specific reporting obligations are outlined in the Transport Safety Investigation Regulations and can be found on the ATSB website. Reports can be submitted through the  Occurrence Notification - Aviation online form  or by calling 1800 011 034.
